Re: open space plan
Hi Kat,
Did u used FIXED for your image sampler. coz may mga black jagged outlines sa mga objects mo. Adaptive QMC and catmull will solve for the antialiasing.
also higher your subdivs to minimize the noise.
light ambience. ok for me.
good job Kat.

Re: open space plan
Maganda ang practice mo dito.
Ang macocomment ko lang, which is based din sa experience ko. Try to apply the design element na hierarchy sa furniture. Right now, you're using 3 red furniture na medyo pang feature at different pa ang style.
I sugget that you use only 1 red, then let the others compliment it. Yung red ang main actor mo, tapos supporting cast nalang ang iba. By doing doing that, you are giving worth to the main red actor.
Pag tatlo kasi sila, nag-aagawan ng papel, in the end, wala ni isa sa kanila ang nagmumukhang maganda.

hmmm. pwede, i'll try to play pa with colors. naisip ko kasi na ikalat lang yung red..over done nga siguro kasi sa mga furniture pieces ko nilagay yung color. thanks

Nice set of render images maam.
Maybe you want to try eclectic approach.
Imho, medyo color bleed lang siguro.
