cannot create bitmap

good day cgpians..help naman about sa max.tapos na akong ngrender.resolution ko 1200x799.pagsave ko as .PNG yong rendered image.ito lumabas..CANNOT CREATE BITMAP.ano kaya problema dito?tia.

sir try mo nga sa ibang file extension..pag ganun pa din restart mo apps mo.

naka Vray Frame Buffer ka ba??.....wag mo na lang gamitin yan....try mo lang yung ordinary render output.....isang reason na rin yung ibaibang location ng mga Maps mo...try to arrange in one folder only.

save mo bro ang file mo before rendering para sure kahit matulog ka it will save the file directly after its finish rendering hope it helps

-I think it has something to do with memory. I have experienced that before with vray frame buffer. It may also happen I think even in your max native renderer.

You may try to lower your resolution. And make sure to restart max before making your final render, para malinis na muna yung memory mo.
Saka ka magrender.

Plus on dude Torvicz. If you're on your final render, save your pre-calculated maps then exit max to start fresh freeing the needed memory. My scenes crash by just opening the material browser on account of all those blasted high res maps & huge HDRIs.
