Photoshop yan bro,
If you have floor plan in ACAD,
- you can simply print that plan in post script with .eps format
- open & edit the .eps file in photoshop
- use pattern technique in photoshop
- add some aerial view entourage, sa net marami yan search ka lang.

dati ginagawa ko yan sa photoshop at corel draw photopaint. import sa ps or corel yung plans, kung may idea ka na sa photoshop at corel draw madali lang yan.
dapat meron kana rin library ng mga cars, furniture, fixtures at plants pati na rin textures.

mas astig pag naka-3d ehe un lang kung madami kang time pero kung wala naman photoshop nalang, print,scan high resolution,then kulayan na sa photoshop,

yung ginagawa ko sa mga entourage pag gumagawa ako ng ganito, ,,galing din sa 3dsmax,...nirender ko lang naka top view..kahit scanline ok na,madali lang..dami ka naman siguro mga 3d blocks dyan....save mo lang as png yung mga narender mo na top view..salpak sa ps..

- ctrl+p
- sa plotter name,piliim mo yung dwg to pdf.pc3 (eto yung default sa cad)
- kaw na bahala kung ano paper size gusto mo.
- pag na save na as pdf,
- open sa photoshop...dun mo na lagyan ng mga kulay,entourage etc..

oo sir pwede din sa 3dsmax(imho) perspective top view
at pwede rin sa latest cad version,apply mo lahat ng materials sa latest version ng cad na gamit mo sir,tapos click niyo po ung viewcube in perspective na top view,pwede na kahit di mo na irender sa cad,kita naman na agad yung mga mterials kahit di pa narerender,pero mas ok pa rin sir kung narender,he2,then photoshop na,kahit anong version din

guess its with your preference. kung mabilis ung pag render. mas ok sa 3dmax para konting adjustment nalng. if mas gusto mo ung ini edit2x mo pa. mas ok sa ps.

Add ko lang itong ginawa ko dati. same lang din ang idea. binabaan ko lang resolution para makita mo lang ang layers sa PS. Good luck.
