Nice work! This condo unit looks really compact! All available space had been utilized. The use of floor to ceiling mirrors is a clever way to make the place look big. The rendering and presentation is very good. The only comments would be on the placement of stuff inside the unit. The closet I think should be placed beside the bed and not at the kitchen para hindi mangamoy ulam ang mga clothes. And if you can find a way to lower that tv. It is just too high.

Yung sliding door ba ay para sa aircon? kung hindi naman, mas ok na wala nalang, lalaki pa kasi lalo ang space mo.

pwede mo pa ibrighten to sa photoshop. I brightened the renders in photoshop using "levels", I hope you don't mind. yun lang naman nakikita ko so far na pwedeng mainprove. welcome to cgp.

3D max - vray rendering

good design, i find your 1st img. a bit darker, i think its underlit. maybe add some light under your over head cabinet tapos towards your splash board.
2nd image, parang nag tatalo yung natural light and artificial lighting.
color scheme is pretty nice though.
