Very nice renders Sir! First image is really great! The only minor comment is not related to the design or rendering. It is only on the detail of the curb & gutter and sidewalk. For the second image, I think it's better to have the glare taken off the lights. It looks so cg.

The 3rd image is great. The only thing is, if you can add some lights inside the net cafe. It looks pretty dark inside.

The 4th image is simply awesome.

The bump on the floor on the 5th image seems too much for my taste.

Those bowls of hot soup on the tables on the last image do not have any shadows on the table considering there are bright lights directly above them.

first two images -ung first one sir konti pa sikat ng araw. para kasing liwanag lang ng buwan yung day scene nyo. pa-warm po ng konti sunlight/whole image.tapos yung road sir nabanat yung materials. pabawas na din po mga birds, iba na po dating sa sobra dami. second po, yung night scene parang kumisap lahat ng pinlights. yun lang naman po e sa observation ko. ok naman po lahat at ang galing! looks real. sana sir ganyan na din ako mag-render / gumawa para dami clients di ako makasingil ng mahal dito dami kasi kalaban. tapos magaganda din gawa nila. kaya 500 per render lang singil ko.

sir pinaka gusto ko yung mackoy internet cafe mo. akala ko totoo yun. sa bike ko lang halata. kasi wala basket. hehehe. biro lang. the best!

- bawasan ung mga birds..distracting talaga
- something wrong w/ the model. lalo na sa ramp up area at sa sidewalk

- nagtataka lng ako dun sa carport area,parang may mga mga box..ung tipong hndi pa natapos ang render...

- lagay ka nalang siguro ng lights sa loob..since naka focus ka naman space na yan..

- curtain..ibahin nlng cguro..mas ok kung plane lng

- i think hindi ganito ang chair sa mag inasal..
