WANTED: FRONT END DESIGNER

Hey Guys and Girls,

I'm building my web development team and am currently looking for a Front End Designer / UI (UX) Developer who:

- Is a master of front-end presentation and coding
- Creates exceptional designs based on creative concepts and direction
- Is brilliant in illustration, logo/icon design and typography
- Is an expert in Adobe CS3 or greater (Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash etc.)
- Possesses a skilled and up to date knowledge in XHTML/CSS-based (table-less) design
- Is an expert in cross-browser compatibility, IE rendering issues and non-hacked fixes
- Possesses an advanced knowledge of AJAX and Javascript libraries

Experience in scripting languages (PHP, Ruby, Python) and frameworks is highly regarded. Knowledge of Flash and Actionscript 3.0 is a bonus.
