Hi to all,

It's been difficult for me to do this considering that I am reviewing for the upcoming Architectural Board Exam.

Here's another work of mine that I want to share. The project is located in Dubai and it a residential model unit to be placed on a generic land. The master plan of the community is made in such a way that it can be repeated.

The concept of the Architecture is a Contemporary Arabic Design. Sand blaster finish where applied almost all throughout the building and added some white finish for the accents. Details were reduced and simplified.

As for the work flow, I used Sketchup first to get the approval of the design through sketchy presentation. Final renders and modeling were made in 3ds Max 2009+Vray 1.5 SP4. Linear work flow was made and I used another layer for VrayDirt to emphasize the corner and edges of the building. Entourage were made using 3d objects and image through Photoshop.

Okay, here's an update. The boss wanted to have a different direction of the sun and insisted to change it so I gave him a different mood. Personally I like the previous better but what the hell, let's just see.

Thanks for the comments guys. BTW, we still don't know yet where the project is located. The project will be presented to his highness in Dubai and if approved he will give a certain location where they can put the project. I think this is the usual case there. Cheers guys!

Thank you po. The mood of the 1st and 3rd image is just a yellow afternoon scene while the 2nd one a touch of pink in the sky. All were adjusted using HDRI.

Couple of images added to satisfy my boss' comments. He wanted the light situated directly in front of the building which I find very typical. Hope he'll like it though. Hirap na isabay to sa review. Whew!
