As it is?.... I ABSOLUTELY love it.... Design is excellent, I love the cantilevered look to it... Every now & then I try to push this in my designs; then the engineers step in...
Presentation wise of course kulang pa yan pero ako gusto ko na ito... Short, concise, effective...

i agree. for presenting the concept and scale, this already is enough. would still look forward to the final rendered output though.

If that's a scaled model; looks good but like the sketch-up still lacking.
Now if on the other hand that's rendered;I like the sketch-up product.
Here's a tip; "communicate"... It helps to bridge the gap...
