You already have the rendering skills. I suggest you hone your design skills. Case in point; do you really, honestly believe that this color combination is in any way appealing to the eyes? Not unless the owner specifically requested for it. Usually mouldings are placed at termination points. Not unless the budget warrants its removal. Composition-wise, concrete ba talaga ang nakapalibot sa house? Wala ni kaunting green man lang? Try to present it as close to the real site as possible. Or extemporize. Diko naman pweding sabihin na minadali mo lang it; some work was done on the roof & eave vents so I guess you had enough time for this.
Effort pa po tayo ng kaunti, but good effort nonetheless.

sir I.M.H.O. lang po.
-kunting light po sa b.g.
-tweak mo pa yung light (darker pa po)
-tweak mo rin yung glass..(lagay ka na rin ng curtain sa loob)
-dagdag kapa ng puno sa likuran.
-hindi po bagay yung kulay sir yung green (sa akin lang naman po)
-add bump sa stone, wall, road, sidewalk.
-more view pa po

Imho seems to me that all color you've used are rich in color.. Try to tone down the diffuse material. Sky naman try to look another sky.. www.1000skies.com marami rito. downloadable.. foreground naman lagyan mo ng abubots lang.. the rest ng comment na bigyan na nila ng pansin.. keep it up and don't stop practicing lagi and visit lagi rito.. keep it up..

mejo maliwanag saka i agree with them sa color imho ok na un iba i guess un green lang change to something na earthy or warm na color
