mga sirs/masters/members eto po ang unang try ko sa pagrender using mental ray default ng max 2009 (my own designed and rendered kitchen). I'm a newbie here sa CGP. eto lang po nakayanan hirap na sa practice alone kaya need more advice and tips from the experts for my work to improve. wala ako sir instaler ng vray eh...currently in riyadh kc ako...wala ako mahanapan dito installer kaya nagtsatsaga sa mental ray...hehehhe...

@ sir ARIST: Sana nga mapansin to ng mga masters natin na nasa RIYADH baka sakali mapahiram ng VRAY installer at ng masimulang mapraktis yan...currently sa site ang work ko dito kaya extra time lang nakakpractice ng 3D..[i]

Nice lighting bro, For me lang ung wooden materials lang kailangan maayos, Overall maganda ang output.

Nice start bro.First try to use eye level muna para di mukhang mababa ang ceiling, then practice lang ng practice 2thumbsup

modeling, a little improvement pa, try to scale it real world scale, need to do more on you're texture combination, try to check out some proportions with regards to texture colors, lighting naman try to use portals not omni's use more Ambient Occlusion to give best results. its a good start.


OT : There's nothing wrong with mentalray, never think na masmagaling ang isa k sa isa nasa technique yan, try to practice and check out some tutorials here makikita mo na mentalray is not just a stepping stone renderer.

Opinion ko yan ha, vray man o mentalray o scanline have there own advantage and disadvantage, its how you use it. hope naka give ng insight Smile
