Office project, designed and material selection by our senior architect...render lang sa akin...done in cad/max2009+vray/pscs3...pa-comment na lang po for improvement...by the way resolution is 1600x1100 (both images) render time is 26mins-1st image/19mins-2nd image..thanks..
