yup it's just a bump, no displacement needed. 150 bump value sa material.
What a nifty trick that is...i'll end up looking for a proper bump map to go with my pillows, blankets and bedsheets if that is the case. Glad you shared it with us, i really thought the sheets' mesh was modified to look like how it appears on your render. Genius!
