2 Schemes: Commercial Building / Updated With Approved Design
First topic message reminder :
A couple of quick ones, more on the conceptual side but with working floor plans...
The usual suspects cad+max+vray+hd-ek-ek...
[img][/img]
[img][/img]
TIA sa comments...
Here are some shots of the approved design, actually done last year pa...
[img][/img]
[img][/img]
Construction should be starting anytime soon...
Thanks guys...

Thanks sir Chrome..Salamat po sa time nyo to explain some realistic up to date scenario dyan sa atin..Medyo mabigat din po pla talga. If thats the case then, why dont you start your own firm? I know that in business, "its not what you know but who you know" but i think kaya mo namang makipagcompete and i can foresee a big win sa quality ng mga gawa nyo.Sabi mo nga same contractor kausap nyo sa isang project and as youve told as well na ang labanan e to wow the client so im just thinking na youre the right person to do it.?Di po ba? Correct me if im wrong sir, but are we talking big contractors with big connections here?and thats what holding you back kaya di kayo maka compete?
Well anyway, sir thanks for the reply. You dont have to reply if youre not comfortable discussing it here.May YM naman dun na lng tayo mag tsismisan.hehehe..Im glad nakasingil kayo ng medyo mataas taas dito.2K...Good for you and i admire you for being contended of what you had..A lot of people hindi marunong makuntento and if you see what they can do e....e....e...ewan..And yeah tama si pareng erick, you dont have to be ashamed and dont say isang hamak LANG na draftperson or renderer, here in abroad, you wont imagine how those 1500 visuals got paid off,i hope someday you could join us as well so you can see your hardwork getting paid very well..Well kung ako contractor, mas pipiliin ko ng magpagawa sa 1500 na may quality kaysa nmn sa mga iba through the roof tingin sa sarili na puro pagmamagaling lang e ang gawa nmn e...e....e...ewan..hahahaha...

Re: 2 Schemes: Commercial Building / Updated With Approved Design
I think sir this project ganna cost a lot ..daming elements sa labas.
suggest ko lang sir as designer to lessen the items . all the sides and the corners have high impact
very strong maybe to much...
anyway overall nice render and very expressive design good luck
