Urgent!
We are looking for a Fulltime top caliber 3D Visualizer / renderer
1 Position available
Salary is negotiable
Open to PR or Non PR applicants

Requirements:
At least 1-2 years relevant experience
Proactive and energetic
Interior design oriented
Can work on minimal supervision and tight deadlines
Can model any types of furniture, accessories, and organic forms
Must be good in texturing and lighting
3D Studio Max, Vray, Photoshop, AutoCAD


Task:
Convert designer’s sketches or CAD drawings into 3D image
Create photorealistic 3D rendering
Do some basic and short walkthroughs

sir IMO, mas mababa ng kunti ang bigayan sa bahrain kumpara sa dubai/ uae... pero depende na rin sa capability ng office at capability ng applicant. lalo na ngayon (crisis) mahirap magdemand ng salary.

note: 1 bahrain dinar = 10 dirhams

ang nakaganda lang sa bahrain mas mababa ang rent ng bahay kesa sa UAE. Lalo na sa abu dhabi yon ang pinaka mahal sa ngayon (bumaba na ngayon ang dubai dahil sa crisis). Sa bahrain makakakuha ka ng room for rent (middle class) ng around 100BD or 1,000dirhams per month depende sa location. Yong 2 bedrooms with Hall_Kit & common T&B (middle class) sa Bahrain makakakuha ka ng 200 to 250BD or 2,000 to 2,500dirhams depende rin sa location. Yon nga lang pag mga bagong flat medyo mas mahal na kesa dito. Kung gusto mo talaga makatipid may mas mababa pa n mga rent kesa dito kaya lang kailangan din natin ibagay ang accomodation natin sa estado ng trabaho natin. Wag naman yong mukhang kawawa tayo..hehehe.. I think sa UAE mahigit doble ang rent ng mga bahay doon or mas higit pa...

In terms naman sa billing ng kuryente at tubig, sa bahrain actually mura lang. Ang nagpapamahal lang ay ang 10% baladiya (tax). Ang 10% tax ay hindi kinukuha sa konsumo ng kueyente at tubig. Kinukuha ito sa total rent amount ng bahay. So, kung ang rent mo ng bahay ay 200BD x 10% = 20BD or 200dirhams ang baladiya (tax) plus total consume amount ng water & electricity. Yan ang babayaran mo per month ng elec & water. Though may mga flat owners naman na pumapayag na mas mababang amount ang ilagay sa kontrata nyo para mas mababa ang baladiya babayaran mo at yan ang isusubmit mo para application ng kuryente. Yong isang contract na exact amount its between you and the flat owner. Sa UAE naman, i think hindi ganito ang policy nila. Wala silang plus 10% tax sa total rent amount ng bahay.

Sa transportation naman, mas mataas ang singilan ng mga taxi sa bahrain kesa sa UAE. I think mahigit doble ang mahal ng taxi sa bahrain kumpara sa UAE.

In terms sa mga presyo ng pangunahing bilihin, di gaano nagkakalayo. Ang nakaganda naman sa UAE mas mura ang alak...hehehe

In terms naman sa pagiging open country, i think mas open sa bahrain. sa UAE/Abu Dhabi, though open din sya pero may kunting pagkastrikto pa rin...just imagine, magpa duplicate lang ng susi sa flat kailangan pa ng police celarance...hahaha... pero ok rin kasi for security reasons..yon nga lang masyadong mabusisi at kailangan pa pagukulan ng oras.

In terms sa ganda, mas ok sa UAE (Abu Dhabi_Dubai)... Wala ka makikita na dumi sa kalsada sa UAE. Although sa bahrain malinis din kaya lang sa mga 1st class areas lang... pero pagdating sa mga matataong lugar, may mga makikita ka nagkalat na basura..Last thing is.... mas madami pasyalan sa UAE kesa sa bahrain. Yon nga lang undestandable naman na maliit lang ang bahrain kumpara sa UAE...

if you dont mind... para lang may idea din po ako.. how much po ung range ng salary at bahrain?
