Maliit lang na Lobby, nilagyan ng table na pang reception at the same time ay para sa secretary.
Medyo madalian lang ito... sana po ay magustuhan ninyo....

honestly, maybe the way you put the tiles that way.. and the choice of tiles you used..
with those huge windows
lights and all ...
and the camera angle ...

yeah i dont do interior.. kce para sakin wala nang challenge yan.. basta naka graduate na ko.. ok na ko dun.. but i still have the EYE.. never will i lose it.

IN MY HONEST HONEST and VERY SARCASTIC OPINION
pls refrain from saying MADALIAN or RUSH work.. it wont give any justification of your artwork (posted as final or draft).. as an artist, no matter what, you will always have your SIGNATURE plastered all over your artwork ..

You really need not do interiors or arkiviz to have an eye. As a matter of fact you can hear the good crits from those who does not care about you or the work that you do.

In the same line, I think the good ol kettle is seeing a very tight space, and now that you she mentioned it. I would agree that the choice of the tiles plus the angles or the camera lens used, gives the impression of a very elegant tight space - a rich man's bathing space if I should borrow her words.

Try changing the angles, and if you can make the decisions here - the tiles as well. Maybe change the tables so she's got some cover down the legs. Or maybe use a high counter to reflect the lobbyish ambience and give her a worktable beneath it.

I'd also prefer a wide lens and wide cropping so it moves away from a tight "bathroomy" feel.

And hey pakunat - I thought the kettlerenderer was still being nice!

I had so much on my hands now if I was free I would probably say something worst. Thank God!

nice one sir... mejo shift lang ng camera or add views.... parang nakatalikod ang view.... like sir aldrin said... sana ma update mo pa ito

imo the design is substandard i would tend to agree on some comments here. it does look like a bathroom.

rendering wise - it needs a lot of work too. camera angle is disoriented (you may want to try a one point perspective), the lighting is washed out / over exposed in some areas, and imo the lens flares are inappropriate. it wouldve been better not to put it in the first place.

you may need to tweak on the noise too.

just my opinion, no offense meant.

hmmm..yeah tama ka jan bro,,,pero palagay ko ma iiwasan pa niya yung banyo impression: kahit lakihan nalang niya sana yung mapping ng tiles say 600mmx300mm o mas malaki pa ng onti,,hope it works
