hello.mayron akong ginawa na Skylight.gusto ko lagyan ng MESH.para magamit ko ang command na Lattice.Pls.. Help.Thanks.

in 3d max you can put poly line on steel frame location and put some thick ness on it, the problem is how you will manage the actual location.

if i were you i will put the lines in autocad and filelink it or import it back to 3d max...

see image procedures below:

MESH Mesh-110

file link it to 3d max.
MESH Mesh-210

after you have attached it, go to files, press reload and make sure reload option is activated
MESH Mesh-310

then go to spline rendering and adjust settings as shown
MESH Mesh-410

and see the result

Hello Bro.ok din ang Idea mo,na isip ko rin yan.ang gusto ko lang na mangyari
paano kung gusto ko ang shape ng skylight ko ay parang gawin kung Curve surface or haft cylinder with steel frame base on my plan na pino post ko,wala nga lang akong idea kung paano gawin sa max.Thanks....

ahhh di mo kase nilinaw sabi mo kase, you need to make lattice on mesh para gawing steel steel frame... not a curve surface skylight.
