to yung first, again for the benefit of the newbies.

1. using push pull tool

- suppose you want to pull these faces into the same height
Sketchup Modelling Tips Pushpull

- pull one face and enter the height by typing the number say 200mm. you will see on the bottom left box (Value Control box if you are using SU6 pero sa SU7 ang tawag na dito ay measurement box) the number you entered
Sketchup Modelling Tips Pushpull2
so may height na sya at solid na

-now the rest just double click. SU remembers the last value you use in pulling that face...

2. using the follow me tool

ok suppose gusto mong gumawa ng molding around sa base.
so una gawa ka muna ng profile ng mould section mo. see example

Sketchup Modelling Tips Followme

ngayon 2 steps lang but dont forget these important steps.

1. use select tool and select the face kung saan uiikot ang mould profile
2. after selecting the face, use the follow me tool and click the profile. automatic na iikot na yung profile

You can also do your own template.. all you need is save that template and place it sa program files/google sketchup 6 or 7/templates folder.

so kung gusto mo na wala si Sang yung model, o kaya yung materials na paborito mo sa vray o dikaya yung location ng shadow......pwede mo nang ilagay dun. pagbukas mo andun na...
