LF: 3d modeling only, strong architectural understanding

I am looking for a freelancer that would be available from 20-30 hours a week,
must use 3ds max 2016, strong architectural understanding, meaning must be able to read and understand architectural drawings. 

basic understanding in 3ds max is ok.

no renders needed, just 3d models.
