hello.
naka show safe frame ka. toggle nito ay shift+F
set mo sa render setup (f10)- common tab - output size set mo ng any size na horizontal ang ratio for example 640 x 480. sana makatulong.

slider iyong yellow text sa ibaba...
press H and be sure the Display Helper is active and select that slider. Hit OK, hit delete
