HIRING FULL TIME 3D RENDERER (Home-based)

ABOUT THE COMPANY
Australia-based real estate developer, we need an architectural visualizer to model and render various residential and commercial projects.

Salary 25,000 to 50,000 php per month


REQUIREMENTS:
1. Experienced architectural 3D renderer

2. Preferably a freelancer who is not currently employed full-time to a company.

3. Can model/render 1 to 2 projects per week, including minor revisions, major revisions are paid.

4. Be able to model custom furniture.

5. There are no specific working hours, you work on your own convenient time. But must always be ready to reply to emails between 7am to 12am

6. Must have PayPal account for payment transactions. Or you can make one.

7. Must only use 3ds Max for modelling and vray as render engine.
    Using other 3d softwares for modeling and exporting to 3dsmax after is not allowed. Since we will be needing the raw 3D files for future references.

Sir ask ko lng 25k lng po ung max na salary? Hindi po ba lugi un kung experienced na ung mag-aapply? In my own opinion wala po cgurong experienced architectural 3d renderer ang tatanggap nito. Yung baguhan pwede pa. Eh requirements nyo is with experience. Nagtatanong lang po kc parang ang baba naman ng tingin sating mga pinoy kung ganun lng ung ibibigay.

---Nung nabasa ko kala ko per week dapat makatapos ka ng isang project with revisions pa, yun pala 3 projects per week!!! What the F!?! Tapos 25k ang matatanggap mo, nakatali ka pa from 7am to 12am ( I mean parang ganun na rin. ).
Mas mabuti na sigurong mag hanap ka nalang ng full time work dyan satin, kasi gastos ka pa ng kuryente dito, hassle na 
malaki to, plus stress pa...hehe

Nung nabasa ko na-Stressed na agad ako!

good pm sir diba pwede sketchup vray? gusto ko sana kc bahay lang po ako ngayun....

Mahirap kasi gumawa ng furniture pag sketchup sir. Pagdating sa mga curves, yung fluid na form.

mayroon naman tayo sir mga plug-in for special curves......

Ok sir, pero pagtapos ng project kukunin kasi nla yung 3d file eh, edit nila yun if needed. 3dsmax lang yung gamit nila, kaya kung sketchup yung output, di na nila alam pano e-edit.

kung sketchup lang po sir walang problima pwede naman import sa max yun po sir kung kailangan nila sir...

Mai mga modifiers kasi sa max sir eh. para mapa dali yung pag model.
