Having trouble with grouping in 3D Studio Max

I can't group objects in 3DS max which I have been merged from sketchup.
Could someone know how to fix it? Salamat sa sasagot.

Hi there, try using the unlink tool (the broken chain in the toolbar)

then after unlink try to group it.
