FS for HRM students

Good afternoon,

I graduated architecture last year and I have been fairly exposed to designing and construction.

A group of students from my alma mater asked for my help for their FS and apparently I said yes.
However, they are only willing to pay me 6,000 php for my trouble. Do you think it is enough or should I ask more?

The following are what they are asking for:

Title: PROPOSED 5 STOREY + 2 BASEMENT NEOCLASSICAL DELUXE HOTEL BUILDING

Lot Area: 6500 sq.m

No. of guest rooms: 120 rooms + presidential suite

Output requirements:
      1. Floor plans
      2. Blow up floor plans or guest rooms, administration office, restaurant, hotel kitchen
      3. Elevations
      4. 2 Exterior perspectives
      5. 5 Interior perspectives of the guest rooms
      6. Interior perspectives of the lobby and the restaurant

They are also asking for a copy of my research works for the said project which includes:
     1. Design guidelines
     2. Space requirements
     3. Space computation

If you have time, it's more than enough. Imagine you went thru your thesis without that 6,000, as a matter of fact, ikaw pa ang gumastos. 

When I was in college, these kind of things helped me get by. Consider it an assistance rather than a service. It will be worthwhile. 

I'll try to enumerate a few things that might help you:

- 120 room is just a small hotel.  
-ground floor is you amenities area like function rooms, business room, swimming pool, restaurant, reception, hotel lobby etc. 
so 2nd floor na magstart ang rooms mo nyan. 
-sa 5 storey, 4 nalang ang rooms. so 120 divide by 4. so 30 nalang per floor ang rooms. pwede lahat ng corners mo ang presidential suite. so 4 yun per floor. may 16 ka na presidential suite. so 104 nalang ang mga normal rooms mo. pwede mo na ipagfit yan sa floor plate. 
-let say 36sqm ang mga rooms mo. (Standard and Deluxe) 
-tapos 72sqm ang mga presidential suite. 
-2 elevators para sosyal. 
-yan may hotel ka na. 
-pagisipan mo nalang ang look.

-sa kitchen design, dapat involve sila dyan. madami din factors ang kailangan mo iconsider dyan. 
-yung pagpasok ng employees
-yung mga uniform nila
-yung kitchen
-yung storage ng food
-yung delivery ng food at iba pa
-yung laundry ng linens
-yung laundry ng uniforms
-yung maintenance/engineering 
-saka mga offices

more or less yan ang mga spaces na kailangan mo ilagay, kailangan ng participication nila dito. then makakagawa na kayo ng FS.
