PHILS International Co. Ltd, an Architecture & Engineering Design Consultancy based in Dubai & Tanzania, is looking for qualified applicants to join our Philippine Team based in Bulacan. Higher Compensation on a local working environment awaits interested applicants. Project Scope includes from small scale to large city development scale, exterior and interior.

Urban Planners / Designers

-Responsible for Master Plan Designing, Horizontal Developments and Satellite City both in Dubai and Tanzania; Ensure all design details and layouts be submitted on time

-Candidate must be a Graduate of Achitecture or Civil Engineering

-Must have minimum experience of 5 years

-Experience in Master Planning especially Water Front, Horizontal Developments and Satellite City Developments

-Knowledge in Landscape Architecture and Interior Design is an advantage

-Knowledge of Autocad

-Knowledge of Microstation, In-Design, 3dsMax or Illustrator is an advantage

-Applicants must be willing to work in Sta. Maria, Bulacan

-Salary $1200 on monthly basis

-3 Full time positions available

Autocad Draftsman

-Assist the Urban Planners / Designers in delivering design layouts via Autocad encoding

-Candidate must at least be Architecture, Engineering, Vocational Course Graduate or Undergraduate

-Knowledge of Autocad

-Must have minimum experience of 2 years

-Experience in Cad Layout / Detailing for Master Planning, Horizontal Developments and Satellite City Develpments

-Knowledge in Landscape Architecture and Interior Design is an advantage

-Knowledge 3dsMax, Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator is a great advantage

-Applicants must be willing to work in Sta. Maria, Bulacan

-Salary $500 on monthly basis

-6 Full time positions available

3D Visualizers / Renderers

-Create Stunning and Photorealistic 3D Architectural Still Renderings & Animations, both for Exterior and Interior Walk-thru / Fly-thru projects based on Cad Drawings / Design Sketches

-Candidate must at least be Architecture, Engineering, Vocational Course Graduate or Undergraduate

-Must have minimum experience of 2 to 3 years

-Must be able to produce photorealistic renderings

-Knowledge in using Autocad, Photoshop Post Production and 3dsMax with Vray Rendering Engine

-Knowledge in Landscape Architecture and Interior Design is an advantage

-Knowledge in After Effects,InDesign or Illustrator is a great advantage

-Applicants must be willing to work in Sta. Maria, Bulacan

-Salary $700 on monthly basis
