spot elevation on topo section

Hello. I just found out na hindi pala nalalagyan ng spot elevation ang topo section sa section view. Is there a way para i-edit ang spot elev na hindi naka attached to anything, na parang floating lang sya. My workaround is to create a detail line and place the spot elev sa detail line. Any suggestion? I can always create an earth fill region to replace the 3d topo, but still, I like actual 3d topo in my elevations and sections.

Pwede kang gumawa ng generic annotation like ng symbols ng spot elevation na pwede mo input ang data. kaya lng hindi na sya automatic manual na ngalang.
