3D ARCHITECTURAL VISUALIZER (Intermediate Level)

Small 3D Visualization Studio Located in Las Pinas
With Fix - Stable offshore clients specifically Australia and KSA
 
Qualifications:
 
1. Ability to produce realistic 3d External rendering from single detached dwelling to multi-level complex or Large commercial buildings from 3d modelling-texturing-lighting-rendering and post production.
2. Ability to produce realistic 3d internal rendering from 3d modelling-texturing-lighting-rendering and post production.
3. Intermediate to Advanced Knowledge in 3D Studio Max with Vray Rendering.
4. Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, Sketch up with Vray and Photoshop (Post Production)
5. Must be able to read, interpret CAD drawings to generate 3D model and have a good understanding of geometrical dimensioning.
5. An Education in and/or passion for Architecture and Design
6. Has good sense of aesthetics and Design
7. Fresh graduates (Ar,ID,etc) or with minimum experience may be considered.
8. Strong communication skills
9. Good English reading and writing skills
10. Team Player and able to do Multi-tasking effectively
10. Fun, easy and cool to be with.
11. Can work under minimum supervision.
12. Willing to work with small and young 3d Visualizers
13. 20-25k Salary
