Need a renderer for the attached model

Hello, we need someone to render a sketchup.
The sketchup file is ready, you only need to add in landscape trees, background, etc and render it.

We pay US$50 for the render for now. But there will be minor revisions thereafter, and once the project is done, we will re adjust the payment into US$100.

You can use either sketchup or 3dsmax as long as the render is realistic.
You only need to render low resolution as we progress, and only render hi-resolution once all revisions are done.
Payment is done through Paypal, or western union if you don't have any paypal account.
The project is urgent, we need to get the prelim render done by April 2.

Is it possible for 50% down payment then another 50% at the final render?

Yes it is possible, if you have a paypal account and if you submit a sample of your work that we feel satisfied, I can send the 50% downpayment right away. 

But if you don't have a paypal account yet, that means I will still need to go and send money through western union, which will require my time.
