in your 2nd image.. parang may "black line" sa edge ng wall.. may displacement ba yung wall mo? if that's the case and you are using vraydisplacementmod.. enable mo yung "keep continuity" para mawala yung "black line"

Hi, your modeling and rendering is good to go, just a few suggestions
1. Desaturate the sky, if it was done in PS better to replace it, not complimenting your structure.
2. Also desaturate the foreground foliage and grass.
3. Decrease the blue tone add a little bit of warm tone to balance the color.
4. Check the size of your cars, it seems the saloon is much bigger than the SUV.
5. I like the composition of the first image just zoom it out a little bit and maybe add a person 
at the balcony right next to the window so it will fall in one of the rule of thirds point it will add additional interest to it.
