Sideline Work: Interior Design - Sketchup Vray & Autocad

Guys, i need anyone who could do the following:
1. Interior Design (Via skechup with vray)
2. Shop Drawings (via autocad - floor plan, furniture layout, sections, electrical plan)

If you could do this, i could give you 1-5 projects in a month.

1 project = 10,000 pesos
if you could do 5 projects in a month, ill give you 5. so you earn 50,000 pesos a month.

This is a long term partnership, so you'll be earning big money here.

1 Project: 1 Residential Building
10-15 rooms (Living, Dining, Kitchen, Restroom, Bedrooms)

All of which needs interior design and 3d sketchup file.

Timetable: You need to finish each project 10 days, you get paid, then i give you again a project of the same nature. the faster you finish, the more projects you handle the more financially rewarding.

Crucial Requirements:
1. Interior design using Sketchup + Vray
2. Ability to create working drawings from your interior design (floor plan, sections, ceiling plan, lighting plan etc.)
3. You must submit on time, we dont get paid if we give late submission (client is from abroad so the schedule is really important)

If your interested and you feel like your qualified, lets do this together. This is a long-term project.

yes for 10k, the client has 200+ residential buildings. thats why the price is a bit lower, but the good side is if you deliver as many project as you can thats the advantage.

every two weeks and submission = to technically you should be having 10k in 2 weeks. then proceed to the next project which is of the same nature, repitition lang ito, if you could do 5 projects a month or 10, its on you. thats 100,000 pesos in a month (basta matapos yung project)

and you get paid every project, so protected naman tayo since we wont do the next project if we arent paid yet, remember 200+ residential buildings ito, theres no way the client would not pay us since its a big problem for him.

Considering the going rate for a single interior render is 200usd up. Shocking nga 
Plus bigay pa source files??? Big no no.

This is fishing... me Panalo me talo, sa mga me trabaho at mahuhusay kumikita ng malaki, talong-talo. 

Pero sa mga walang trabaho at kapit sa patalim kakagatin pa rin. 

Para patas duon sa mga gustong kumagat, dapat me downpayment 50% at least para ganado.

Pero mas maraming kakagat kung fix rate, ilagay mong 50k Php 1 month 3-4 projects maximum, kasi yung lang ang capacity ng bawat individual sa mid range skills. kahit gaano karaming revisions di mananamlay ang ang gumawaga dahil at the end of the month naka 50k ka 

nashock nga ako eh..hehe. pero sa mga nagsisimula palang ok na siguro to..
more or less 660php per image/render plus the source file. 
and about sa 50k a month. pano aabot ng 50k a month kung every 2weeks nga ang submission and bayaran? assuming kasali na dun ang corrections/revisions. kase imposible naman na walang revisions yan. 5 weeks lang ang 1 month.
 

parang mahirap yang ganyan style.....design and 3d plus vray pang kailangan and may kasama pang shop drawing...what i see pang group itong offer kasi the more you finish a project to more you can earn....impossible na isang individual lang makakatapos nyan......

ano b? magaapply ba kayo o hindi? o gusto lang magyabang?

mukhang ang baba naman nito sir? visualize lang ba yan or magdedesign pa ng interior? kawawa mga Interior Designer dyan

Guys, i know there would be positive and negative reactions. Anyway, its a gamble i know, honestly when i was arguing the price to the client pero i lost unfortunately because its not 1 project, but 200+ buildings. As ive said this will be a long time partnership.

Anyway when the project starts, sa mga napili i would request na magpost dito ng feedback nila sa project. Just to let people know if it works or lugi.

Yep. Fair wage lang sana. Pero may kakagat parin dito.   
Pero sana isipin nila na pagwalang gumawa ng mga ganitong trabaho, mafoforce din naman magbayad ang client ng tamang wage para may gumawa.
Ang nagiging experience ng clients after a while nabubuwsit din sila sa mga AWOL na freelance na mura. Tabla tabla lang tuloy. Sa susunod natuto na ang client magbayad sa freelance at the right price so makakakuha sya ng reliable freelance.

May good and bad side itong proposal na to. 

In terms of numbers, maganda sya pakinggan pag nagtotal na tayo. 10,000 x 5 = 50,000. Malaki. But ang task involved, hindi equal sa compensation. 

10 bedroom residence is 3 months sa isang design company. and it's hundreds of thousands in pesos sa cost. Let's say 36sqm ang isang bedroom, multiply mo by 10, is 360sqm. Ang local rate ng design is 500-1000 pesos. that's 180k to 360k. basic cost pa yan.

Comparing it, wala man lang 10 percent.

It's sad if this will push thru. An opportunity that's very one sided. It's a job, but I think is not a good job.
