Here is an update for this event.

We will be holding not one but TWO meetups this coming December.

Our main EB will be on the 7th of December, at Cubao. This will be after work hours to give chance for those who have work on saturday to come.

Maghanda lang yung pupunta ng pang ambag para pambili ng food and drinks.

Hanap nalang tayo ng pwesto sa araneta or gateway after ng tutorial session. Mga 2 hrs lang naman yun.


Tapos meron tayong meet and greet sa isang ka CGP natin na galing sa ibayong bansa, sa December 30, 2013. Dito naman ay kakain tayo sa labas, will update everyone regarding the 2nd eb, kaya silip-silip kayo palagi dito for added details

We are planning to hold one this year.

Tentative date is on December 30, 2013. to coincide with the vacations of two of our core members. Also some other guys based in SG will be home. Time to bond with each other and enjoy the vacation.

I need suggestions, most notably on the venue of the said event. Meron na tayong provider ng sounds natin, some have also pledged food. But your thoughts will be a big help to this event.

We are preparing earlier, to iron out kinks and technicalities.

THE PLAN:

1. Bonding with fellow members.
2. Jamming, so yung meron band dito, or yung magkakakilalang member pwede magbuo ng grupo para tugtog sa ating XMAS EB.
3. A venue for us to exchange ideas with each other.

Medyo madugo pag maraming students, gusto ko sana exclusive sa atin.

T- shirt, mapapagastos tayo, unless willing lahat mag shell out ng kaunting amount para makapagpagawa ng shirt, at pang tubos na din sa logistics.

I suggest magkaroon muna ng mini EB to talk about this event - para madiscuss na din ng maayos.

Buti pa si Eco makasama...Sayang di rin ako makakauwi ng Pinas.

Ang balak ko is, dapat by november 30 tapos na amg headcount, then we will group you, tapos yung bawat group may mini-eb, para magdiscuss, kung anong food ang donate nila, and kung ano pang part pwede makatulong yung bawat groups.

Basta on or before november 30, dapat set na ito. Yung hahabol sa headcount ay assign ko nalang siguro sa bawat grupo na mabubuo.

Oo, pwede naman sa quezon city, pero kelangan natin ng definite na headcount. Sana willing din mag ambag ang lahat, para sa gastos ng ating event.

Balak ko close na siya by november 30. So kung ilan ang makapagpalista by that time yun nalang tatanggapin. Kasi mahirap sa logistics kung 1 week before the event meron pa rin humahabol, para din madisiplina tayong lahat.

ito suggestion ko last 2010 pa, kung gusto nyo?

I suggest, kung Christmas party, party party na lang.
Mahihirapan kung pagsasamahin lahat ng event dude arkeid.
Mag enjoy na lang muna kayo, tugtugan, kainan, feast ika nga, pasasalamat sa mga biyayang natanggap...Tapos KKB nalang pag dating sa venue. Yung mga nanggaling abroad pwede namang mas malaki ang bakas nyo, nakaka LL naman kayo eh.

@zdesign: kung may mag-sponsor ba eh, why not.

@torvicz: We will consider your suggestion. Hindi pa naman final ito.

1. event time: 16.00 till night (or overnight)
2. venue: member's house or we could go to the beach (Calaguas or Anawangin Cove).. aaahh BONFIRE! pangarap ko yun!!
3. f&b: potluck, on-site bbq, drinks (soda, water and alcoholic beverages)
4. fringe activities: temporary glow-in-the-dark tattoos, photo booth, inflatables, bouncy castle, games and prizes.
5. e-mailers, banners, posters
6. attire: dress comfortably

are you sure you still want to talk about 3d/work/office there??

Mas ok if 1st week, kasi yung iba (like me) uuwi din ng province on Christmas break.

Bale ito yung napag usapan namin kanina ni sir Bokkins.

Yung unang gathering will be on December 7, 2013, sa shop nila, sa Makati lang ito. Antayin natin yung mapa na ipo-post nya dito.

Yung mga a-attend sa first meetup, magdala lang ng pang ambag para pambili ng food (balak namin mag bar-b-que) and beverage.

Yung 2nd meetup ay yung sa December 30, meron kasi tayong bakasyonista, kaya pagkakataon makapag tipon tipon ulit.
