View quality is good but maybe the materials and elements you used he don't like. Design is very subjective, what beautiful in you is not satisfying with others. Just ask him what he really wants to make him satisfy.

You need to work the ff:

1:Composition
2:Materials
3:Sun Direction

The scene is a bit too busy. first catch from my eye is the lady and the car, not the house model.

I think I wrote "Sun Direction" hehehe just kidding. Shadow is also important, I noticed that you place your sun exactly above your camera or in center view, try to make the sun, 45 degree to right side and lessen the light intensity.Glass needs to workout. I suggest, ditch the car & the lady, change the camera level into low & more tweak perspective rather than oblique view. better ask your client of what kind of material or color theme he/she wants.
