cannot load the vray autograss in 3ds max 2010 64-bit

can anyone help me about my problem why i cant load the auto grass dll in my 64 bit 3ds max 2010...every time i open my 3ds max a pop up msg. come out saying error in loading dlls..tapos yung mga details na like failed to initialize..pero kung sa 32bit nmn na 2010 nag loload naman po..sayang po f hindi ko magamit sa 64 bit..

64 bit naman po ang autograss ko..vray 2.0 po kasi ang gamit kung vray..tingin ko dahil dun. but paano ko po ma resolve ang ganitong problem? d ata compatible??

yung autograss hindi compatible sa version of vray mo sir,
