how to downgrade file size of HDRI

good afternoon mga sir , meron lang po ako question about HDRI...
napasin ko po kasi na pag mataas yung HDRI file na ginamit ko nagkakaroon siya ng mga DOTS DOTS ..
meron po ako nakuhang HDRI flile dalawa siya yung isa 20mb something then yung isa 500kb lang...
ginamit ko pareho yung HDRI file maganda ang result nawala ung mga DOTS DOTS...
ngaun po gusto ko magamit yung interior HDRI pero nsa 150mb file niya ask ko lang po na pano po ba ang pag downsize ng file size ng HDRI ?

Open HDR in photoshop, use HDR Toning tapos change from local adaptation into Exposure and gamma, hit ok tapos save mo into another filename, pero kunti lang yung na compress nya, if your HDRI is too big in terms of size, you can use the Image size and reduce the size of the HDRI, tapos save mo... hope naka help.
