Hi CGP Peeps. I just want to share this. I'm having hard time doing my work as a 3D modeler and renderer here in our office. A shopping mall with a condo. And I have to finish it daw in just one day since the following day is his meeting with the client. Is this reasonable and considerate? Actually, ilang beses na akong nag-explain na hindi ganun kadali mag-model and besides ang dami pa niyang revisions while I'm doing it. So I'm asking him to give me atleast 3- days to do it kaso palagi na lang 1 day. Nakakainis na as in. scratch

Yan ang boss! Twisted Evil
But I'm more concerned on the design aspect. Galing naman ng boss mo,nakakapagdesign ng within a day.

Your boss doesn't know the world of CG Viz and how it is done.

Torvicz is right, do the sketch if you can otherwise look for another 'boss'.

it can be done, but with a help from this line: "learn to manage his expectations." talk him through how and what can be achieved around the given time frame. if possible give him a timeline breakdown so he will have an idea of what to expect. keep him updated of the progress, make sure you also deliver according to the timelines that you set. highlight possible challenges you might encounter along the way so he can think of a way to support you. following instructions is just a fraction of your job. you will discover that work is much more meaningful, most rewarding, if you apply some project management skills on it.

Ayun.

"Sige magpapasa tayo bukas
Parang Militar ba
"Obey First before you Complain".
So sana makatulong to sa problema mo.
God Bless

Sir tutik explained it well, but if all else fails, then it's time to look for another one that would be beneficial to you.

Good luck sa magiging decision mo.

Sir lemeuix, I've seen your work. And its outstanding. Set up your own studio to cater to Architects & Engineers who do not have the time to do what you excel in. Sa ganoong set-up you can dictate terms & conditions to your hearts content.

If all else fails, go FREELANCE. You'll never look back..

About 9+ years na rin akong freelance. With your talent malakas. Sa start ang make or break. If you wow them, you're set.

Pero.. andyan ka na eh, mas mataas pa rin naman sigurado dyan; thinking of going back?
