Looking for Sketchup or 3dsmax Renderer Immediately - Freelancers only

Okay, we're looking someone who can model or render (freelancers only)
using that 2 tools sketchup or 3dmax..
it doesn't matter which one your weapon to be used

Actually your job for this now is RENDER ONLY
i have already the pre-model of the buildings, all you have to do
is add simple ground,landscape..etc.. & render. this is very simple rendering only
not to fancy output No cars/No 2d/3d people... Smile

So, im going to pick for the lowest rate for now,dont wory because this is
start for our long term relationship.. i have many projects to be done.
both exterior & interior of buildings...then sometimes 3dflooplan

All Referrence Materials you might need, im going to provide
it usually actual photos of the buildings including google maps..

Just PM me to all interested, state your rate per render output
