love the details, siguro try some option on the balcony railing masyado lang flat, maybe some arabic rail patterns or GRC panels will do

nice design and render, comments ko lang be precise doon sa mga curve sa traditional arch sa corner ng window dahil may mga pattern talaga kung anong hugis ang mga arches.
