vray 2 problem

mga sir,maam, master ako po ulit. patulong naman po about sa vray 2.0.nainstall ko na po siya sa MAX 2011 ko at nasunod ko naman yung tamang process ng installation. ang problema po ay pag nagrerender na ako ay black yung render frame window, at sabi sa vray message ay "Could not obtain license"..sa mga gumagamit po ng vray 2.0 please help naman po.......sa mga may gusto na din ng vray 2.0 just PM me..thanks in advance mg sir/maam...
