Qualifications:

1. BS Architecture graduate or equivalent knowledge and skills;
   
2. Proficient in residential and medium rise building designs;
   
3. Can create superior quality designs;
   
4. Must be knowledgable and skilled in CAD operation and computer rendering;
   
5. Have superior computer rendering skills, preferably in 3D Max with V-Ray application;
   
6. With at least 7 years working experience as Architectural Designer;
   
7. Dedicated, hardworking and very particular in details.
   

Applicants are advised to send their own architectural designs for review.
Good starting salary and service vehicle plus gasoline allowance await the successful applicant.
