Furniture Design Software

A friend of mine who is a Furniture Designer (do designs manually) here in Tarlac is asking me what is the best software to use for his furniture drafting & rendering para atleast maging computerized na ang drafting & rendering nya. I saw his designs & i guess drafting it in CAD will cost him so much time because most of his designs are "Class A" hand carved furnitures na kapag ginawa mo sa cad ay nakapahirap.

Ask ko lang po mga masters...me idea po ba kayo na other software to use in furniture drafting sa mga hand carved furnitures?
