I am a new member in this forum and I understand a lot of members here are architects or in the construction field.
I am in need of somebody to do a construction drawing, specifications and bill of materials for the purpose of applying for a building permit (complete with structural, sanitary and electrical plans signed and sealed) . I will be providing the floor plans,elevations and sections
If someone is available kindly PM me your quotation and the mode of payment. It is not urgent, my target for the start of construction is early next year. All I need is an electronic file or cad files, no need for hard copies.
