Nikon or Canon?

mga factors na pwedeng magdetermine ng pagpili mo.
1. Ano mga cameras ng mga kaibigan mo, mas ok kasi pag pareho kayo, hindi kayo mag-aaway(haha) or magiinsultuhan kasi mas magaling ang isa... Saka pwede kayo maghiraman ng accessories.
2. Pinakamalapit na service center. Hindi natin gusto na masira ang camera pro nangyayari talaga kahit gaano ka kaalaga. Nangyari na sakin to, ngayon na hindi ko na gaano naalalagaan, mas maganda na gamitin. Kailangan mo din magpalinis sa service center once in a while.
3. Pinakacompleto at pinakamalapit na bilihan. Madami pa kasi mabibili after the camera itself. Lalo na pag naadik ka.
4. Kung kaclose mo si arkithekthura, Malamang Sony bibilhin mo. Adik yun sa sony.

Good Luck! Kung may budget ka pa(Bigtime ka naman. ), mag Pro camera ka na. Sulit na sulit yun.

Canon users vs. Nikon users na naman ito, hehehehe,,,

I am fond of tinkering with my colors/picture styles on-camera. I find the nikon colors from my old long gone D40 more crispier and livelier than my new canon 550D.

But its all about what you intend to do.

I do videos as well so my canon suits that purpose. Isa pa, nikons have their AF on camera while for canons its on the lens. I can't afford the faster lenses on the canons so I miss my old reliable nikon.

Solution ko sa colors on canon V is doing the preset. Meron 1,2,3 slots where you can customize your colors. Meron akong setting na hi saturation. Parang nikon lang.

May 550d ka na pala. Ang ganda nyan. Make use of the DOF sa pagshoot ng video, yun ang very interesting part for me. kahit 50mm f1.8 lang na lens. ang ganda nyan.

i'm using the presets and tinkered with the saturations and the contrasts. same thing with the nikon. No matter how I adjust it - the picture style settings can't match nikons vivid color settings.

Yes, I'm using the video features for my cg composite exercises.

For video I always do them low contrast so I can tinker in post.
