Re-entry to saudi

After working in Saudi for more than 6 months, I requested for a vacation, and my Employer allowed me to take early vacation due to a family problem . I was issued an exit re-entry visa.

But due to the magnitude of this family problem, in July 2009, I decided to resign from my job (I did it through email), and therefore did not go back to my work. I have not received any comment from the Company about my resignation. It is construed that my work visa has already been cancelled. And as seen in a photocopy, my Iqama has expired last March 2010.

Now, while in Bahrain for a temporary work, I've received a nice Offer to work for another Employer in Saudi.

Will I be given by Saudi government an Entry work visa this June 2010 for a new employment with another Employer?
Please note that my previous Iqama has expired already in March 2010. My previous last exit from Saudi was on the ist week of July 2009.
Please advise.

that is one of the reason why the saudi gov't are being tight in their rules regarding expats/workers who try to escape or transfer to another employer by extending their vacation just to expire their visa or iqamas especially in your case which is exit/reentry visa (to tell you the truth, your alibi is well known to them). so, if you've been fingerprinted or iris scanned then they can traced you unless your NEW employer is a prince or general or someone who had power or was seated as govt official-- big companies can do so. if your previous company was only a establishment or small firm then you have your chance. but If you were one of the "vip" employee of your previous company meaning you're the only one they've entrusted on the trade you've been hired to - then bad luck for you cause they can retaliate over you by putting you on blacklist for 1 or 2 years... for the workers
who had formally exited with their respective company. they can come back within 3 months as far as i know as per my own and friends experience. hope you been enlightened ...

jdm sir, mukhang mahirap sitwasyon mo. advice ko sayo sir wag ka munang bumalik dito sa saudi. pwedeng ipakulong ka nila dito sir pagnalaman na nandito ka, minimum 6 months in jail p naman yang kaso mo sir. 2nd meron bagong rules kung wala kang NOC galing sa previous company mo after a year ka pwede makabalik. And i also agree to what sir kreativekingdom said.

This is JDM. Thank you for your comments, opinions and inputs on this issue.

I now have a new passport with a new visa stampped on it issued by my new Employer/Sponsor.

What I am worrying now is my passage to the Saudi Immigration for this re-entry.

In Dec. 2008, I was fingerprinted. Do they require a fingerprint check in my 2nd entry?

My last Saudi exit was in July 2009.

Do you think I might still encounter problem in the airport immigration in this 2nd entry even with a new passport and new visa from new Employer/Sponsor?

Ngayong may bagong visa na, nagpapatunay ba ito o may guarrantee na na ba na wala nang magiging problema sa Imiiigration passage?

Lets hope for the best nalang and expect for the worst. Di mo pa yata naresolved ang dati mong problem, so expect mo na din na may possibility na iquestion ka pa. Pro of course ayaw natin mangyari yun. Kaya good luck bro! Sana maging ok na ang lahat. Sana hindi na din maulit sa new employer mo ang nangyari dati.

Parang nakaka relate ako sayo bro 2004 when I was there sa Dammam Saudi nagbakasyon naman ako nun tapos di na ako
bumalik hanggang sa na expire na ang Visa ko after 6 months. So may nag advice sa akin na kung gusto mo raw bumalik sa
saudi mag change Passport ka lang so ginawa ko yun kasi may offer din akong malaki nun. Pero ang alam ko hindi na
uubra ang ganung deskarte bro kasi may finger print na daw ngayon. Actually risky din yung ginawa ko kasi pwede rin akong
ipakulong nun at ang lakas ng loob ko nun kasi sa Dammam din ako bumalik kung saan dun din yung dati kung kampanya
Thanks God kasi wala naman nangyari sa akin. So if I were you wag ka na sigurong tumuloy mahirap yang gagawin mo
huwag mo na akong gayahin kasi nagtatago din ako nun eh, ewan ko ba sa hirap ng buhay bakit ko ginawa yun.
Ang alam ko rin after 1 year na di ka bumalik ng saudi pwede ka "DAW" bumalik pero mahirap pa rin sumugal bro
tama yung isang advice kung malaking Kampanya yan kaya gawan ng paraan pero kung establihment mahiarap yan.
Paalala lang mahirap din makulong sa saudi kaya maniguro ka na lang na walang mangyari sayo dun. Kung ano man

mga sir's dagdag ko lang sa sitwasyon ko now na tambay sa pinas ng 1 year na. dati ako sa saudi last may 4 2009 ng umuwi ako ng pinas na may re entry sa saudi ngayon halos isang taon ng expire ang re entry ko now may offer sa akin sa qatar may pagkakataon ba na magawan pa ako ng amo ko na ma block nya ako sa GCC countries kung gugustuhin nya na wala ako finger print sa saudi. safe na bang bumyahe ako ulit. nabwisit lang kasi ako sa kompanya sa mga bagong palakad kaya ndi na ako bumalik hindi na rin ako nag abiso na hindi na babalik. sana po ma gabayan nyo ako.

My advise to you dude is don't go if you are not clear on this 100%.

We may tell you all our experiences, but in the end nasa government pa rin ng Saudi yan. At mahirap silang malusutan.



Payo ko na lang sa lahat magbabalak umalis ng kumpanya nila, gawing maayos ang pag-resign para wag na magkaroon ng problema.

Hi Sir! magkaiba naman ang Saudi at sa Qatar pero be sure din na wala kang credit card kasi may kilala akong
ganyan may utang sa credit card magkaibang bansa pero na trace pa rin siya. Basta ba malinis ang iniwanan
mo sa saudi walang problema yan at 1 year na ba kamo sir? Pero if I were you ask you PRO or your Boss
pa rin for sure hope makatulong. God Bless

sir jdm, naka-alis na po a kayo nang saudi/ ? kasi pareha po tayo nang case..1 yr and 3 mos. na po ako sa pilipinas mula na nagbakasyon ako from saudi na may exit/re-entry visa and nkapag-fingerprint na rin po. Expired na po yong iqama and re-entry visa ko po...pwede na po ba tlaga ako mkabalik na wla prolema sa immigration.
