Harsh discussion on CGP

First topic message reminder :

To all CGP members,

Harsh discussion must be limit. Napansin ko lang po mga sir and ma’am dito sa CGP site natin na padami ng padami ang mga harsh na discussion na parang not setting a good example para sa mga newbee ang new member. Napansin ko lang naman po siguro dapat ma aware na tayo dito. im not sensitive kaya ako nag post ito mga Sir.

As to bos Bok's & the Cajun's "depensa" litany; it's what I preach dito sa forum & even sa workplace namin. Truth: first timers in our workplace cry the first day once i get to them. Bibigyan ko talaga yan at mapapaiyak pero while I'm doing it I tell them to defend themselves. Preparation yan sa naghihintay sa kanila when they go out for themselves. Yung mga nagsi "graduate" ko na dito sa work, you can ask them what kind of kuya-tatay I really am... You have to make people "feel". If its anger I evoke, fine basta ba afterwards may matutunan. ako, nagka-boss na ako gaya ni sir cloud o mas matindi pa. talagang ihihiya ka pa sa harap ng karamihan, usually sa office. dalas pa sabihin na '...mas marami pa magagaling sa inyo!...wag kayo magmalaki.' minsan ganyan talaga. masakit yun lalo na dami nyo sa office. isa pa nasabi nya yun di dahil sa work namin kundi sa attitude namin. nadalas kasi ng late pasok. dalawa lang namin kami point out nya. kaya nakakapangliit pero pampatibay at aral din naman. ngayon hinahanap-hanap namin ganung boss kaysa sa tahimik na di mo alam kung galit sayo o negatibo ka sa kanya. pero dami pa mas matindi dyan. dagdag tibay lang ng loob namin at experience.

for me, one thing lang, sana wag matulad at magaya ang cgpinoy sa isang organization site ng mga pinoy cg na alam ko (siguro alam nyo din ung tinutukoy ko).

Wala pa akong nakitang harsh discussion dito. Everything is just healthy conversation. Wala pa akong nabasang words na katulad ng retard, moron, dumb, idiot, etc. na ginagamit sa mga posts. (ngayon lang siguro kasi na-mention ko)

para sa akin ok lang ang harsh na comment,doon ako natututo eh,at nakaka-challenge.

I guess every artist has his/her own critics bad or good....taking it positively is the best way to learn. =)

simply dont post a half-baked renders sa gallery, have your own judgement. supposedly gallery is for those finish and well-desserve renders. eh kung di naman dapat, post mo sa wip section. at least doon kahit lait-laitin gawa mo merong rason.

then kung ipinost mo yan sa gallery, be ready ka sa lahat ng magiging critics and comments.

i totally agree..its ok as long its constructive..basta makakatulong improvement ok yun..

Harsh! Just consider as a Challenged! Working In the real world lahat ng critics makukuha mo, kahit maganda na ang work mo pero sa iba pangit pa rin, minsan ka plastikan na lang din pag nareceive mo ang comment ng iba and it's better to be criticized your work (Good or Bad) if you have posted na sa gallery, CGP is like preparation pag totoong client mo na ang kaharap mo especially pag mga consultant na istrikto sigurado masasaktan ka deep inside pero ganon talaga. Just dont be balat sibuyas challenges lang yan, mas maganda na yan kaysa walang pumansin sa gawa mo.

pero Sir, sorry. out of the topic waiting mode parin ako sa Saudi RPC mo. Pag may time ka lang Sir. TIA,

kaya dapat siguro na ilagay natin yung real name sa profile para yung iba mahihiyang mag comment ng hindi maganda, positive & negative comment's still comment para ma improved pa nila yung mga gawa nila, nasa tao na lang yun kung paano tatangapin yun.

wow,. isa ako sa mga newbie na palagi napag babawalan dati,. pero i never took it negatively instead it encouraged me to do more,. its just that pag may iimprove pa ang work mo you cant help other people but comment nasa iyo na if you'll took it negative or positive..

Simple lang naman yan e, kaya tayo nagpopost dito is because:
1. Gusto nating is share ang ating mga works
2. Gusto nating makipag connect to others who share the same passion as we have.
3. Gusto nating matuto form our koligs (kalmutan ko ang spelling e sensya na)
4. Makakuha tayo ng 2nd opinion for our improvements.

kung ayaw mong masaktan wag ka magpost ng work mo para di ka makomentuhan...always take comments in a positive way.
