challenge to cg artists

hi cg artists

im in the process of renovating my home and i want to make it modern. i have some ideas but i cannot visualize it unless it is drawn in 3d.

would it be possible to ask the forum to provide a design for my drawing.

im willing to pay 5,000 PESOS to the winning design

im just after the 3d drawing. the architect will provide the nitty gritties

this is just a single level (storey) house

from left to right

nasa likod master's bedroom
lanai - dapat may grill lang na horizontal straight lines para labas masok ang hangin
sala
yung may windows sala din yun
foyer
garage

here is the layout. wag na yung proposed extension of sala. lagyan na lang ng facade na parang may extension
the trellis hindi dapat ganoon kahaba

as far as the elevation is concerned, no exact figures but single story lang sya. look at the pictures below.

feel free to make your own design as long as it conform to the layout.

i only want it to have clean and straight lines. minimalist. timeless

bakit kelangan pa po namin gawan ng design eh meron naman palang arkitek??ano po ba role nya sa project na eto??

di nya kayang i 3d. i cannot approve unless i see it in 3d parang life like.

mam/sir provide more details, elevations at saka yung mga dimension para mas accurate.

as to height single story lang sya. pero i like the center facade to reach the uppermost roof

here is the existing house. i want the humungous garage roof to be torn down and simplified. (008). the bay window shall also be removed and replaced with something modern

the front of the lanai or terrace shall become a masters bedroom.(009)
beside the 010 is a false extension lang para bumagay sa 008

the perimeter fence shall be replaced with something horizontal grills lang with simple lines

the general idea is to change the overall facade and look of the house at the least cost. interior will remain basically the same except to change windows para magmukhang modern and airy
