Floating House...

Saw this concept sa discovery chanel, napanood ko yung about sa plan ng floating city (new orleans ata yun),
and yung sa dubai din..at may pinakita din dun na existing floating houses (milan or somewhere in italy if i'm not mistaken)
parang solution nila sa rising water level..

so yun, i made my own version, basement yung sa ilalim used as a platform ng upper floors..
a cantilevered slab sa back to counter balance yung weight sa harap..
pwede siguro palutangin sa pasig,heheh

uhmm problemado dito sila struct.engr, RMP, at EE,hahaha

comments and critics are very much appreciated..

+ 1 ako sa attempt mo to concetualize a floating house. this is actually buildable... its not that complicated. imho dapat tinuloy mo nalang yung curve rather than flat pa sa taas.

you can improve further the render by..

- putting dirt maps on that clean deck.. mas maganda pa nga yung may lumot lumot pa.
- address the water material..water material is still not believable
- burnout walls dun s afirst image. either you lessen th emultiplier of your light source, adjust the physical camera or your color mapping.

sa sketchup ginagawa ko yung mga texture ang minamaipulte ko using photoshop siempre.
