my comments since this is practice and you need more opinions share ko lang:
the wood texture try to replace a fine one yung hindi old tingnan
malaki yung texture sa fabric na partition
lighting fixtures syimpre halogen kaya or pl
camera correction (optional)
dapat puti yung ceilling niya (suggestion lang)

comments:
-try to use other map s wood flooring.
- yung company name po tabingi po ata....
- yung indoor plants nyo alisin nyo nalang IMHO...blocking po kasi sa daanan..
- mapping some textures
- IMho lng po..improve the design...looks like a simple office..

- research more on modular partitions, kasi may standard dimensions yan, height, width and materials etc.
- research mo na din pati mga tables and accessories para dagdag kaalaman.

hi sir, nice practice.. suggestion lang po: try to refer to other inspirational renders with nice materials. lalo na sa mga masters natin, matututo tayo mabuti. My main point is, try to experiment more on materials. Your scene mood/lighting is good already!
