Tutik is right, that depends on the brand/type of bakeshop. Not all bakeries have the same equipments used. If you say Fastfood chain, that's a broad description. As suggested better go for a survey or ask directly your client what are the equipments needed. The spaces and the volume of dining are the big factors in making the layout. If you have a large areas, you should consider more Equipments, usually they make it double the quantity.
