Interior Architecture Company located in Tecom , Dubai Internet City are looking for the following positions:

PROJECT COORDINATOR
Civil / Industrial Engineering Graduate Have experience in site/ construction supervision With driving license, can create and track contracts, purchase order , submittal and complete close out manual.Must be able to handle correspondence between general contractor, owner and vendor.

3 D VISUALIZER/ ARCHITECT DESIGNER
Must possess excellent design creativity, flair and positive attitude w / first class eye for designing
Creating 3D models from architectural plans, rough sketches or real – life using special rendering software.
Enhancing images and adding special effects creatively

DRAFTSMAN –/ DRAFSTWOMAN
Excellent knowledge in AUTOCAD
Able to understand rough sketches
Prepare drawings w/ high precisions and per scale, and incorporate all details in the drawing
Have reasonable knowledge about construction and designing principles.
Engineering graduate is a plus
