3ds max problem
hello everyone..
I m using 3ds max 9.But there is a problem . first time i run 3ds max 9 with my graphic card. but it is a problem..my card is not running when it restart.so i put it down.. i tried 3ds max to run in my internal built in graphic which with motherboard.but when it starts then all the viewport is become white.when i click on view port then it show the original view port.but if i click on the tools panel or etc (atmost outside the view port) it is became white..so what can i do to solve this problem. plz,anyone help me.I am totallu unhappy with this problem...so need help..

Basically your problem is with your rig , I think it's not enough to run 3dsmax smoothly.. make sure you have at least a good graphics card to run 3dsmax although it will run on built-in graphics card like the Intel. In a case of SIS you might consider an upgrade. Any how to get around with your problem you need to configure max to use Direct3D but again if your graphics card didn't support it you will be having same problems. Could you tell us about your rig before we start troubleshooting it?

I'm guessing that your on-board graphics card doesn't have enough memory to process both at the same time. The most obvious solution therefore is to use any graphics card, even a cheap one.
