· At least 10 years experience in Medium Rise Bldg. (Technical & Management)
· Dedicated and highly knowledgeable

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER

· BS Architecture graduate
· Proficient in res’l designs
· Can create superior quality designs
· Skilled in Autocad & computer rendering
· At least 7 years working experience

ARCHITECTURAL CAD OPERATOR

· BS Architecture graduate
· Skilled in Autocad & computer rendering
· Determined, competitive, hardworking

INTERIOR DESIGNER
· BS Interior Design graduate
· Proficient in residential interior designs
· Can create superior quality interior designs
· Skilled in Autocad & computer rendering
· At least 3 years working experience

ACCOUNTING CLERK

· BS Accounting graduate
· Female/Single 23-30 yrs old
· Proficient in Excel program
· Creative & can work with minimum supervision
