@ TS - study on composition
- nawala ang materials ng mga books
- mirror ba yung white white frame or window
- study on more on material application

not bad at all, like qcksilver said work more on composition, just keep on practicing. browse some design references over the net or magazines.

i think you better draft it first on a paper bro, before doing the modeling stuff on the computer. kung makikita mo some elements on your scene are a bit out of scale, you can't also design a shelving that high, di mo na magagamit iyan. nandiyan na iyong rendering skills mo just keep on practicing para magimprove.

Sa compostion Sir you can observe and study some sample interior scene sa net. like for example if you use wood mat. try to use one wood material para uniform. And about sa gold ball mo, para sa akin hindi balance. try to put a plant or a furniture sa right side.
-dalawa kasi yung klasi ng material sa ball mo chrome at gold, make it one.
- adjust polygon faces sa lamp. (I don't how you do it in sketch up)
- I think you use HDRI sa GI mo sir. medyo weird lang yung light source mo.your light or your sun sa front ng cam mo but the ambient lighting galing sa likod ng cam.
-parang walang wall sa likod ng cam.
-some glossiness sa wood materials
-better you place your furniture at the center. masyadong masikip at mabigat yung feeling sa left side kasi nilagay mo lahat.
-IMHO choose a nice painting not that Vitruvian man.
-try to make your ambient lighting warm colors, like yellow, red and orange. experiment it in photoshop by color balance.
and yung iba nasabi na nila.
I hope naka tulong ako sayo.
